First face-to-face meeting of the Know N Cheese project consortium

On 13 and 14 June 2024, the consortium of this interregional project held its first face-to-face meeting at the facilities of the Centro Lácteo-Esneki Zentroa, in Markina-Xemein.
In this first face-to-face meeting, the progress and current status of the project was shared and progress was made in the development of the various tasks assigned to each participant.
On the first day, the consortium had the opportunity to visit the Larruz cheese factory (Markina-Xemein), to learn about its production process. On the second day, a meeting was held to review in detail the work carried out during the first six months of the project.
