Know N Cheese Project Consortium Meeting in Toulouse

On 7 and 8 July, the Know N Cheese Project Consortium held its 3rd Monitoring Committee meeting to review the progress made in recent months and the next steps in the various lines of action.


The meeting was held at the headquarters of one of the French partners, the Institut de l’Elevage (Idele) in Toulouse, and provided a great opportunity to compare views and agree on the next steps on both sides of the Pyrenees.

Two days of work were attended by all the partner organisations: Esneki (Leartiker Dairy Centre), Prosumerlab and Hazi, the BETA Technology Centre (University of Vic), Idele (Institut de l’Elevage) and Interprofession lait de Brebis, as well as the companies responsible for the project’s technical assistance: CDI Consultants and Ciudadano Kane Comunicación.
