Between 22 and 24 October, the POCTEFA Know N Cheese project will be holding a cross-border event in Markina-Xemein and the surrounding area.
The event will bring together technical sessions on artisanal dairy production and activities aimed at the general public, with a view to showcasing these products and raising awareness of them.
