Results

- The Know N Cheese project will succeed in establishing a multidisciplinary network of cross-border collaboration and support between knowledge agents, entities linked to the dairy-cheese sector and SMEs, in order to disseminate the knowledge generated and raise public awareness.
- Through its actions, the project foresees an increase in responsible dairy production and consumption based on environmental and social sustainability criteria in micro-SMEs and SMEs, promoting sustainable rural communities.
- Another key expected result focuses on obtaining valuable information on the effect of climate change on dairy production and properties and, in turn, the effect of dairy production on climate change.
