The project
Know N Cheese is a project within the framework of the European Interreg POCTEFA 2021-2027 programme that seeks to increase the competitiveness of micro-SMEs and SMEs in the traditional dairy and cheese sector in the northern and southern Pyrenees by generating new knowledge to train the sector and raise consumer awareness of the social and environmental sustainability of these productions.
In addition, actions will be carried out to identify the extent to which the production and processing of dairy products under different production systems contribute to climate change.
